Due to swift and recent developments worldwide in regards to the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic, MotivIT has taken the decision to activate our Disaster Recovery Plan whereby all our teams are effectively working in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) capacity. With immediate effect, all employees are now following work-from-home protocols.
As a result, Support will currently be limited to only tickets, emails and chats. Phone calls will not be answered at this time (plans are underway to restore service), however please leave a detailed message and support will be engaged with you soon.
Should the severity of the pandemic increase, we will continue to work remotely and practice social distancing as well as undertake necessary precautions and measures to ensure we are available to support you and your business during this critical time.
