Support Specialist T3

Ability to compose, read, interpret and edit complex documents and correspondence and relate information to stakeholders.
Communicate positively, professionally, and effectively to all customers, both verbally and in writing.
Accurately proofread numerical and text data.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to do problem solving.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Use logical and creative thought processes to develop solutions according to written specifications and/or oral instructions.

Bachelor’s degree majoring in IT disciplines (non-degree holders with significant experience will also be considered).
Preferably with 10 or more years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience.
Effective customer service skills, strong oral and written communication in English.
Chinese Mandarin & other languages are an added advantage.
Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing 24x7x365 support.
Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and other server applications.
Physically and mentally fit, amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
