Global Service Center (GSC)

Based in the Philippines, the GSC utilizes state-of-the-art technologies & processes to deliver a consistently superior experience for our clients ensuring they receive the best support services when they expect it the most!

Information Security


Each of our locations are equipped with firewalls and network restrictions in-place. These measures assist in ensuring our customers data is only available and accessible to authorized personnel.


All support agent personal computers (PCs) have USB ports disabled to prevent data theft. Also, industry-standard antivirus and anti-malware software are installed on every machine for added protection.


No writing utensils or materials are permitted in the Global Service Center. Similarly, no personal electronic devices such as cellphones are allowed in the premises. All key premises have 24/7 CCTV cameras in operation as well.


Our Asterisk/FreePBX phone system is hosted off-site in a fully secured and world-class datacenter which is managed by experienced T3 engineers.


We believe hiring the right people and providing them with on-going training is the key to success. All our employees are thoroughly screened and local background checks conducted to maintain a safe and secure environment.


No visitors are allowed in the Global Service Center unless authorized by executive management. Vendors and contractors must fill up a visitor sheet with their information and be escorted at all times while onsite.
