This includes service desk roles, network operations and managing of your IT services. We also have a full stack software development team in-house that complements our services portfolio.

Yes, MotivIT provides onsite support assistance when required. Most of today's IT issues can be solved remotely, however for those which require physical presence we have qualified field engineers available ready to assist at competitive rates. 
The Global Service Desk team is available during normal business hours (9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time and China Standard Time) while our Network Operations Center is in full swing 24/7, 365 days all year round and provides afterhours Tier 1 support during non-business hours (weekends & holidays).
These depend on the severity of the issue our client is facing. Our goal is to meet your business needs by balancing support resources vs your subscribed service plan(s). We sign standard statement of work (SOW) contracts with all our clients. For Enterprise clients, SOWs may be customized as required and reviewed with legal by both parties. Having said that, we are committed to ensuring our IT services are clear and transparent to all our clients and therefore we practice subscription plans on a monthly basis so there is no long-term commitment pressure (please refer to your SOW for exact details). 
Yes, in the Managed Services industry this is common practice. The process of onboarding a new client requires considerable time and effort and this fee ensures both parties are fully committed to the success of the 30-day onboarding goal. Onboarding fees may be waived for certain cases.
